Transport
The vessel can be towed in calm inshore waters very efficiently and without any problem.
For long distance sea transportation a large semi-submersible ship would be required on to which the hotel ship could be floated and then secured. This has been done before. The ship yard has also designed the necessary fixings and loading arrangements to enable it to be safely transported on a slightly smaller semi-submersible ship thereby making a re-positioning voyage much more affordable and cost-effective
Towing
The following procedures have to be adopted if you wish to tow the vessel:
* One tug in front and one tug behind
* The front tug must have a minimum 400PK power capacity
* The rear tug must have a minimum 700PK power capacity
* Fenders and standard towing equipment will also be required
